Conventional Redrawing (see explanation below)
The first operation can (red) is placed on the die (dark blue), the punch (gray) and blank holder (purple) proceed downward to contact the material while the blank holder holds pressure against the material (can) to prevent wrinkles.
The ejector (green) moves down while the punch continues down reducing (redrawing) the diameter of the can which also increases the overall length.
"This redrawing process can be done many times to achieve the final diameter and length of the desired DEEPDRAWN can".
